Smash Burgers, Cold Beer, and Solstice Vibes at Third Window
Some afternoons are made for good beer, great food, and doing absolutely nothing, and honestly, that’s the energy Third Window Brewing brings every single time.
Kicked off Solstice weekend with a stop at this Santa Barbara favorite, and between the crisp craft brews and insanely delicious smash burgers from Third Window Kitchen, I was in snacky weekend heaven. Their burgers? Perfectly seared, a little crispy on the edges, juicy in the middle, and stacked just right. Add in some house-made pickles, crispy fries, and a golden lager? That’s a full-on summer mood.
There’s something so easy about this place. Picnic tables, chill tunes, people bringing their dogs and kids, everyone in a good mood, it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to stay for one more round.
If you’re looking for the ideal spot to post up, grab a bite, and soak up that sweet Santa Barbara sunshine, Third Window’s always a good call. Smash burgers + craft beer = a solstice win in my book.
